The Solution
I developed a strong, minimal mark by combining the letters "N" and "W" into a single symbol shaped like a lacrosse net, using bold orange to tie it all together. As I refined the design, I realized the shape also resembled a bookmark—a perfect, unintentional nod to the teaching and coaching side of what he does.
From there, I expanded the brand into a flexible system that could be used across gear, marketing materials, and social content. It’s been a hit with his players and community—and most importantly, with Nick himself.
