The Challenge

This project really takes me back. When I first joined Wells Fargo’s in-house agency (then known as IHA, now Wello), the very first thing I worked on was an internal event thrown by the agency’s Culture Club. These semi-annual parties were always themed, and it just so happened that our hub location was leading the charge for that cycle’s celebration: a Lunar New Year event. I saw it as my chance to prove myself—and ran with it.

The Solution

I meticulously built a full event system, centering the visuals around hand-illustrated animals representing the Lunar New Year. I even created a custom interactive game to add another layer of engagement to the party experience. The result was a vibrant, detailed system that really brought the event to life—and it was an absolute hit with the agency.

I honestly credit this project with much of my early growth and success at Wells Fargo. It allowed the team to see my skills and creativity right out of the gate, opening the door to more opportunities down the road. And while I led the creative, I couldn’t have pulled it off without the amazing team who helped bring all the production details together.
